Check-in and boarding
For safety reasons, it is strictly forbidden to carry the following items on board in your carry-on baggage: toy weapons, slingshots, cutlery, knives with blades of any length, plastic knives, razor blades, tools, darts, scissors, syringes, sewing needles, sports sticks, billiard cues, etc. At the discretion of security personnel, any object deemed capable of causing any type of offence or posing a risk to flight safety will also be denied access.
Check-in
Check-in usually opens 2 hours before flight departure, although in exceptional cases, this deadline may be extended.
We recommend arriving at check-in:
At least 1 hour before for domestic flights
At least 2 hours before for international flights
At least 1 hour before for passengers with special needs (e.g., stretcher passengers, blind passengers, passengers with disabilities, and those accompanying minors)
At check-in, you will receive your boarding pass, which indicates your scheduled boarding time. The gate will appear on the monitors 45 minutes before departure. The check-in deadline is usually 35 minutes before flight departure, but varies by airline. It is always advisable to contact the airline with any questions or clarifications.
Boarding
Boarding takes place approximately 30 minutes before flight departure. Once you have checked in, we recommend arriving at the departures lounge at least 15 minutes before boarding time and having your boarding pass and identification ready. At the gate, staff will collect your pass and leave you with only the coupon with your assigned seat number.
Luggage claim
Checked baggage must be collected from the baggage carousels located inside the Airside area. Above each baggage carousel is a monitor displaying the flight and destination of the baggage. Upon departure, passengers are asked to label their baggage with their name and to ensure that the checked baggage receipt is attached to the ticket upon check-in. This will be used to identify the baggage upon arrival. If baggage does not arrive at its destination, the Lost & Found office will handle the search and provide assistance to alleviate the inconvenience. It is therefore important that you report the loss or damage to your baggage immediately upon arrival at the airport.
