The first floor of the S.A. Principe Karim Aga Khan IV Costa Smeralda Airport hosts the Olbia University Campus and the Degree Course in Economics and Tourism Business, a branch of the Faculty of Economics of the University of Sassari.

ATM

For cash withdrawals, there are ATMs in the departures and arrivals areas where you can make withdrawals using debit cards and national and international credit cards from the CIRRUS and MAESTRO circuits.

First Aid

For any emergency, an emergency clinic is available at Olbia Airport, located in the shopping area, near the Kara Food Bar and not far from the Kara Food self-service restaurant. The clinic is open 24 hours a day and can be reached at the following telephone number: +39 0789-563457.

Lost Property

Anyone who accidentally loses items at the airport can contact the Information Office located in the Arrivals area. Tel. +39 0789 563 444 or email info@geasar.it. Anyone who accidentally loses items on board the aircraft can contact the Lost & Found office located airside of the Terminal, near the baggage claim carousels. Tel. +39 0789 563 456 or email lostandfound@geasar.it. For identity documents lost at the airport, please contact the Border Police at +39 0789 641059, or go to the police station on the first floor of the terminal.

The Arrivals (domestic, Schengen, and non-Schengen) and Departures (check-in areas) are located on the ground floor of Olbia Costa Smeralda Airport. The main points of interest include the following services: Check-in, Infopoint, Airline Ticket Offices, Lost Property, Luggage Storage, PRM Lounge, Security Checkpoints for access to the Boarding Area, the Club Lounge, Lost & Found Baggage Assistance, ATMs, a shopping area, and Food & Beverage. Outside the airport are the parking self-service machines, the Car Rental Terminal, Terminal T2, access to the parking lots, urban and intercity bus stops, a taxi rank, and the PRM Help Phone service.
