Grain & Grapes
At Grain&Grapes you will find a fresh pasta workshop where you can watch the preparation of some of Sardinia’s most iconic pasta shapes: gnocchetti, ricotta or cheese ravioli, maccarones de busa and culurgiones. You can also savour the fragrance of meat and vegetable panadas, and finish with traditional Sardinian dry pastries or seadas. Rounding out the offering are tasty salads, boards of local cured meats and cheeses, always-available fresh seasonal fruit, and a fine glass of Sardinian wine to complete your meal.
