ANNUAL CONVOCATION OF USERS
GEASAR S.p.A., the company that manages Olbia Costa Smeralda Airport, hereby informs users that the annual Users’ Committee meeting has been convened in accordance with paragraph 8.2 of the Airport Charges Regulation Model.
The hearing is scheduled for 24 February 2026 at 3 p.m. at the company’s headquarters. In order to facilitate operational organisation, users interested in participating are kindly requested to confirm their attendance by 20 February 2026 by emailing geasar.revisionetariffaria@pec.it.

How to access the documentation
The documentation, in accordance with the provisions of the current Model, can be downloaded from this link. Please note that you will be redirected to a reserved area.
Once the confidentiality agreement has been signed (downloadable here) and sent to the email address geasar.revisionetariffaria@pec.it, the user will receive a user ID and password to access the documentation.
Compliance with Regulatory Models (Resolution 38/2023) of the proposed revision of airport charges for the 2025-2027 tariff period at Olbia Costa Smeralda Airport, subject to the application of the corrective measures referred to in ART Resolution No. 164/2025
GEASAR informs Users that it has concluded the consultation procedure on the proposed update of airport charges for the 2025-2027 tariff period with the implementation of the corrective measures requested by the Authority in ART Resolution No. 164/2025.
To this end, and in accordance with the provisions of the aforementioned Resolution, GEASAR has published the tariff proposal recalculated following the application of the above corrective measures, accompanied by an explanatory document, which can be downloaded at the following link:
The document and the tariff proposal were simultaneously sent to airport users and the Authority.
The information can be consulted by accessing the Private area using the same credentials requested at the Users’ Committee meeting held on 30 July.
If these have not been retained, it is necessary to send an e-mail requesting new credentials to the address geasar.revisionetariffaria@pec.it

ANNUAL USERS CONSULTATION – PRM CHARGE
GEASAR S.p.A., the management company of Olbia Costa Smeralda Airport, informs all Users that the Annual Users Committee meeting has been convened to review the PRM charge for the year 2026, in accordance with Regulation (EC) No. 1107/2006 concerning the rights of disabled persons and persons with reduced mobility in air transport and the relevant national implementing provisions; the Users’ hearing will be held at Olbia Costa Smeralda Airport on 24 February 2026 at 3:00 p.m., following the Airport Charges Hearing already scheduled for the same date.
The procedures for accessing the documentation and participating in the consultation are the same as those provided for the Airport Charges update procedure, as described in the relevant section of the company’s website. Any requests for information and/or clarification shall be submitted by 19 February 2026.
