The INFOPOINT is located inside the airport in the arrivals area.
The service is guaranteed every day from 8:00 am to 10:00 pm; during the peak summer season, the hours are extended based on flight schedules.

User suggestions and complaints are valuable tools for improving the quality of our services.
In accordance with the provisions of the UNI 10600 Standard “Presentation and Management of Complaints for Public Services”, Geasar S.p.A. has prepared a specific online form for this purpose which can be found in the Geasar website section at the link https://www.geasar.it/guida-aeroporto/contattaci Comments can also be sent via email or certified mail to the email address servizioclienti@geasar.it
Complaints must clearly state: the customer’s name, surname, email address, and a description of the incident, particularly the date.
The complaints and suggestions received are shared by the Customer Service Manager with the Managers of the various company areas involved, with whom internal checks are carried out on the reported information, any corrective action is defined and a response is agreed upon, to be sent to the Customer within the expected timeframe (30 days from receipt), as indicated in the Guidelines attached to the ENAC circular GEN 06.
